ICI E-Learning provides candidates with a health and safety induction for working in construction sites, rail depots and whilst undertaking station maintenance. It has been developed by Network Rail, in partnership with ISLG (Infrastructure Safety Liaison Group) and RIAG (Rail Infrastructure Assurance Group). It covers the safety procedures and risks that are common across the rail industry, whatever your role and whatever type of site you are working at. The E-Learning module can be completed at one of our training sessions if preferred.
- A valid Primary Sponsor;
- Good command of the English language.
Once the E-Learning module is completed, and candidates are confident that they know the information covered the final assessment can then be completed. The assessment will be carried out under the invigilation of an approved track safety trainer. Once the Final Assessment has been passed, sentinel will be notified and the ICI competence will appear on the candidates' sentinel card.
The programme takes approximately one hour to complete and during this time the candidate will have the trainer for support.
